Welcome to carfantasy.nl, the online department store for car styling and car tuning. Ordering at carfantasy.nl is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ordering via carfantasy.nl is very easy:

Place the desired item in the shopping cart

1. Go to the item of your choice and click on the "Buy now" button. All prices mentioned include VAT.

2. You will now end up in the "shopping cart". In the shopping cart you can change the number of items if desired.

3. Do you want to continue shopping before you pay? Then click on the "Continue shopping" button.

4. Are you done shopping? Then click on the "Order >>" button.

5. In order to process your order, we ask you to fill in some personal details. Do you already have an account at carfantasy.nl?

Simply log in with your email address and password and you do not have to enter your details again.

I am making a purchase at carfantasy.nl for the first time

When you make a purchase at carfantasy.nl for the first time, you can choose to open an account. This is very easy.

If you enter your email address with your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Nb. Ordering with your customer number is of course also possible. You can find your customer number on your carfantasy.nl account, in the email confirmation of your order and on the delivery note.

Choose payment method

6. Then choose how you want to pay: directly with iDEAL, Paypal or via MultiSafePay (= Credit card, Visa, Bancontact, Bancontact, Giropay, ING Homepay, BFC, Santander paid Plan).

7. If you have a voucher or discount voucher, it is also possible to redeem it here. Indicate that you want to redeem a voucher.

8. Once you have done this, click on the "Confirm order" button, after which you will see a confirmation of your order and receive an e-mail.

Delivery of your order

When a product is in stock:

For an order that has been paid in advance via iDeal, Paypal or Multisafepay, the order will be sent (on working days) within 24 hours after payment.

When paying with PayPal, you can choose the Post-Payment option. When you complete your purchase, PayPal pays the seller for you and the money is only debited from your bank account after 21 days.

When a product is out of stock:

For an order that has been paid in advance via iDeal, Paypal or Multisafepay, the order is usually sent within 3 days after payment. If the delivery time is longer, you will receive a message about this and it will be delivered within 30 days at the latest.

Track your order

If you place an order on carfantasy.nl and you have provided your e-mail address, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This contains your customer number and of course an overview of your order.

You can track the current status of your order directly under "My orders" on My Account. You will also be kept informed of the status of your order by e-mail.

Track and Trace from DHL post

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the Track and Trace number of your order. When you click on the link in your received e-mail, you can track your shipment via the DHL website.

Cancelling your order

Do you want to cancel an order? You can do this by telephone or by e-mail to info@carfantasy.nl. If it is possible to cancel your order, you will receive a message from us. Specially ordered items that are specifically ordered for your car can only be cancelled with the approval of carfantasy.nl.
