Delivery times of your order

When a product is in stock in our warehouse:

For an order that has been paid in advance via iDeal, Paypal or Multisafepay, the order will be sent (on working days) within 24 hours after payment.

When a product is not in stock:

For an order that has been paid in advance via iDeal, Paypal or Multisafepay (= Credit card, Visa, Bancontact, Bancontact, Giropay, ING Homepay, BFC or Santander paid Plan), the order will usually be sent within 3 days after payment. If the delivery time is longer, you will receive a message about this and it will be delivered within 30 days at the latest.

Maxton

Maxton does not have any products in stock! All orders are produced to order only. An order can therefore no longer be cancelled once it has been processed. The delivery times of Maxton on our website are indicative. Usually it is faster, but it can also happen that in some cases the delivery time is longer. This depends largely on the production schedule.

Within the Netherlands, DHL will deliver your package the next day in principle, provided your package is delivered on time. Due to busy times, your package may take longer to arrive than planned. The delivery time for packages abroad depends on the destination.

Outside the Netherlands but within the EU, delivery times vary between 2 and 7 days, depending on the destination.
