Disputes
Disputes between the consumer and the entrepreneur regarding the conclusion or execution of agreements with regard to products and services to be supplied or supplied by this entrepreneur, can, with due observance of the provisions below, be submitted by both the consumer and the entrepreneur to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/)
