As a commercial administrative sales employee, you are the jack-of-all-trades. You are the point of contact for our customers. All incoming phone calls, chats and e-mails come to you and your colleagues and you naturally provide an appropriate commercial response. In addition, you also see the opportunities to help customers who come to the store with a purchase. You ensure the correct commercial and administrative handling of orders. You monitor delivery times and ensure the correct communication with our customers.
In short: a varied commercial job where you are an important link between the customer and Car Fantasy.
Your tasks include:
Drawing up quotes and correctly handling orders
Telephone, e-mail and chat contact with customers
Advising on purchases
Taking care of, keeping the store tidy and in order
Job requirements

Car Fantasy is looking to expand the existing team with a flexible/all-round commercial sales employee. You will mainly be involved in both telephone sales and sales in the store to private individuals and companies. In addition, a number of administrative tasks are also part of the position.
For this position, we are looking for a sales and customer-oriented employee who can take initiative. He/she is the face of the company and must therefore be enthusiastic, look presentable and have good communication skills. It often happens that a customer does not know exactly what he/she needs and that assistance is required, so some knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage. Computer systems are used a lot and it is therefore a requirement to be able to work well with a computer. Because Car Fantasy also does business abroad, mastery of the English language is an advantage.
The work location is Elst Gld; candidates are sought within a radius of 20 km
